Fundamentals – level I
Teaches athletes the fundamentals and progressions with the Meel™ and Shena™, establishing a solid foundation and understanding of how to use these tools in the systematic practice of Pahlavani, Persian Yoga™, and beyond.

Variations – level II
This intermediate workshop allows students to progress and learn advanced variations with Meel and Shena. Additionally, it covers additional exercises and variations in Narmesh (dynamic flexibility), Pazadan (footork sequences) and Persian Sang shields.
The variations course offers more than 30 new exercises and variations in total.
