What is Persian Yoga?
Persian Yoga is is an integrated martial arts strength conditioning system. It uses training tools, like the Shena (push-up boards), Meel (Persian clubs), Sang (shields) and Kabbadeh (steel bow) to provide resistance and neurological input during circular multiplanar dynamic movements.

Persian Yoga, or Pahlavāni, is recognised by UNESCO as the world’s oldest running form of martial art strength conditioning training. The practice mimics an entire ancient style battle.
