Got the Shamshiri Shena full size and it is great, ordered the smaller size as even with my wide shoulders the smaller size fits my traditional floor push-up position perfectly at the outer shaped edge. Since that time I am performing the Pahlevani push-up variants and use both sizes. They are strong and solid on rugs or wood floor, glad I have both to train on.
