Thomas Leaver (verified owner) –
It was a privilege to experience the Persian Yoga Immersion workshop in Perth (3rd September 2022).
We learnt about the ancient art of the Persian Clubs (Meel), the Push-Up Boards (Shena), and a system of bodyweight training (along with Twirling and the rhythms that accompany the arts).
It was very authentic, very real. I walked away knowing I had been introduced to something still alive from an ancient time and from a culture with deep roots – and it is no less relevant or effective today as it was then.
Kashi embodies the Warrior systems and is a fantastic teacher.
