I really enjoyed Persian Yoga Fundamentals Manual. The manual had step by step to get started. I practice Indian Clubs for the last 10 years. I eagerly wanted to practice Persian Meel. I looked all over & could not find a best place to order. Luckily, I came across this web site & ordered both the Persian Meel, manual & DVD’s. During this COVID-19 situation, this would be the best work-out at home.

This booklet is a fantastic instructional guide. With the aid of the photos and accurately worded steps, I’ve been able to successfully perform the beginner movements/exercises without much difficulty! To progress to more advanced movements shouldn’t be a big jump from what i’ve already read, and the information is just as clearly conveyed! Thank you Pahlavan Kashi Azad for including this manual with the beginner “set”, it’s made my transition from outdoor calisthenics to Persian yoga as smooth as could be.
