4.6 Pazadan – kick-ups
- Bouncing on the ball of your feet kick up with the right (or left, it doesn’t matter which leg you start with) leg straight up and immediately afterwards alternate with a left kick.
- Strive to kick with straight legs.
- Try to touch your toes with the opposite arm, i.e. kicking with the left leg I will try to touch my right foot with my left arm and vice versa.
- Kick-up consecutively between 10-50 times.
