3.17 Meel – pressups to forward and double back swings

- From the starting position push both Meel straight up and forward until you achieve full extension of the arms. This is the first count.
- From there lower both Meel, with control, down and back into the forward swing for the second count.
- Ensure that there are no jerky movements and that the Meel are not ‘dropping’ down but following a smooth circular pathway forward, down and back.
- Continue to complete the forward then a double back swing on the third and fourth count.
- By the end of the four count you should have completed the double back turn or swing and be back in the starting/transition posture ready to commence the next revolution.
