With more than 30 years experience, the Illustrious Morshed Hojjati is one of the most renowned and highly regarded Morshed’s in Iran and the Morshed of Iran’s oldest Zurkhaneh (ca. 500 yrs) and Kashi Azad (kneeling).

Over the course of more than a decade, I have dedicated myself to mastering Pahlavani (Persian Yoga®) under the guidance of renowned Pahlavans (knights) and Morsheds (masters) of the Zurkhaneh (house of strength). Seeking wisdom from the finest, I embarked on journeys across Iran, learning from national and world champion athletes, esteemed gurus with over 50 years of teaching experience, and teachers who dedicated up to 30 years to mastering these magnificent arts.
Today, I bring you the essence of traditional Pahlavani and Zurkhaneh arts, combined with my expertise in kinesiology, sports chiropractic, and over 20 years of teaching martial arts and strength training. I have crafted a clear and concise curriculum tailored for a contemporary audience, delivering distilled knowledge and timeless wisdom.
