Learn More About Persian Yoga

What is Persian Yoga?

Persian Yoga is an integrated martial arts conditioning system that incorporates various training tools, including Shena (push-up boards), Meel (Persian clubs), Sang (shields), and Kabbadeh (steel bow). These tools offer resistance and neurological input during circular, multiplanar dynamic movements.

History of Persian Yoga

Persian Yoga, or Pahlavāni, is recognised by UNESCO as the world’s oldest running form of martial arts conditioning training. The practice mimics an entire ancient style battle.

Benefits of Persian Yoga

Persian Yoga is a complete system that benefits practitioners more than just physically. It is a simple, natural, and functional method for cultivating strength and skills beyond just the physical realm.

Persian Yoga is a historical martial arts conditioning system. Developed in the early days of the Persian empire, it was practised by ancient knights and warriors to drive physical and spiritual excellence.
